Premiere Real Estate Boutique Firm Seek PR & Marketing Coordinator
About us:
A.C. Lawrence & Company Real Estate is well known because of its success in buying, renting, selling, and investing real estate for its clients. Experience not necessary but must be eager to learn. The candidate will have hands on training one-on-one with the President of Sales, building the position to a self-reliant department.
Requirements:
--Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop and some HTML
-Be proficient in social networking (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
-Have college degree preferably in a related field (PR, Communications, Marketing)
-Must be a multi-tasker who works well under possible high stress situations and still have fun
-Exceptional writing/verbal communication skills
-Self motivated person who is hardworking and responsible
-An outgoing personality who is confident in themselves and quick business decisions
-Ability to work independently in a small entrepreneurial environment
-Excited about beautifying the office and image maintenance
-Willing to learn administration work
-Loves NYC real estate
Opportunities for growth as the position grows from a part-time to a full-time job, from PR and Marketing Coordinator to Manager after 1 year. The position starts with 15 hours per week (3 hours per day) for 3 months Noon – 3pm M-F. Pay is $12/hr the first 3 months then $15/hr thereafter.
Interview is Tues Jan 26 from 1pm-2pm at our office: 60 Madison Avenue, bet 26th and 27th Streets, Suite 1117.
